Welcome to the Process Not Perfection Book Course!

Process Not Perfection: Expressive Arts Solutions for Trauma Recovery is the first book of its kind on the market. Written for both the general public and clinical audiences, Process Not Perfection takes readers on a journey through using expressive arts process and practices for healing trauma. The book contains fifteen expressive arts processes (collections of 6-7 practices each) built along various themes necessary to trauma recovery (e.g., grounding, blocks to feeling, daily practice). In Process Not Perfection, the three major sections containing five processes each are called Preparing, Deepening, and Manifesting. They are organized to correspond with the three-phase consensus model of trauma treatment: stabilization, processing, and reintegration.

Now you can receive 20 CE credits by working through the book yourself at home!
